March is Nutrition Month!
Alberta Health Services wants to encourage families to eat more healthy during the month of March in hopes of helping to formulate or improve healthy eating habits. Click here for a list of weekly themes, recipes and various healthy eating resources.

Our Health and Wellness Coordinator, Char Andrew, along with Alberta Health Services, have challenged staff at our Central Office to eat healthy during the month of March. Staff will earn points for following the theme of each week and obtain bonus points for completing other various tasks. The first week of the challenge is to fill up on vegetables and fruits, the second week is to fill up on fibre, the third week is to "rethink" your drink and the last week is to hold the salt. A healthy potluck has been scheduled mid-month in an effort to share recipes and have some healthy food fun.
