Wellness Wednesday - Easy Spicy Cajun Shrimp

On this week's Wellness Wednesday, Char shares her recipe for Easy Spicy Cajun Shrimp.

  • 900 gram bag of shrimp (I use Kirkland)
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 4 Tbsp Cajun spice
  • 6 cloves of garlic

Mix all together in a ziploc bag or container. Let sit in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours. Cook shrimp in a frying pan. Serve over pasta or rice.
