Wellness Wednesday - Quick Lunch Idea
For this week's edition of Wellness Wednesday, Char shares a quick and healthy lunch idea.
Here’s what’s in this:
- Tzatziki or hummus
- Sliced cucumber and bell pepper
- 2 hard boiled eggs with Everything Bagel seasoning
- Any whole grain crackers (10-12)
- 1 cup of grapes
- Handful of cashews
- 2 sm pieces of dark chocolate
You can make multiples of this and it will last 2-3 days in the fridge. This gives a perfect variety, and lots of healthy proteins, fats, veg & fruit that will keep you full for hours.
