RDCRS students attend Waskasoo Sipi Powwow - Youth Day 2023

Students from St. Martin de Porres School, St. Teresa of Avila School, and Father Henri Voisin School were at Red Deer Polytechnic's Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre today to attend Youth Day 2023 at the Waskasoo Sipi Powwow.

While there, the students were treated to a powwow demonstration, intertribal dance, and a variety of breakout sessions, including sewing medicine pouches, handgames, bracelet beading drumming, and a medicine walk.
