Esports workshop serves up innovation in schools

Yesterday was a fantastic day for innovation in education as we hosted a dynamic workshop with our partners from ATLE (Alberta Technology Leaders in Education) focused on building esports programs in schools.  

Educators from across the province gathered at our division office to learn the ins and outs of creating thriving esports ecosystems for their students.  The workshop covered everything from the ground up, including how to build a program from scratch, where to find competitive opportunities for students, and effective coaching strategies to help teams succeed.  

We believe that esports offers incredible potential for student engagement, skill development, and teamwork, and we're thrilled to be at the forefront of this exciting movement in education.
