Our division-wide school tours have begun!
Our superintendent, trustees, and senior leaders are meeting with staff to engage in meaningful conversations. Through the Listening Circle, rooted in Indigenous traditions, we’re fostering open dialogue and empathy - helping us recognize strengths and explore how we can better serve our students, families, and schools.
Together, we’re shaping the culture of RDCRS, one conversation at a time.
