Stretches at Your Desk
Here are some simple stretches you can incorporate into your daily routine.
Hold each stretch for 30 seconds
- Seated, forward flexion sitting in a chair, arms hang to floor, feet flat on floor
- Seated, diagonal arm across back (hold wrist)
- Standing hip flexor & quad stretch and hamstring stretch
- Standing, place hands on low back, round shoulders forward
- Seated neck stretches
- Seated arms stretched out with hand rotation
